Senior Product Manager Interview Experience
Interview process
My process started with a recruiter screen, followed by an interview with the hiring leader, then two 45-minute interviews covering strategy, prioritization, technical communication, and design thinking. Scheduling was smooth and communication was clear throughout. What went well: the interviews themselves were substantive and well-run, and the recruiter was responsive at every stage. I especially appreciated being offered a feedback call after the decision. That's rare, and the feedback was specific and actionable.

Interview tips
Go in with real technical depth, not just product stories. The interviews probe how fluently you can reason about the underlying architecture.
Company culture
Two things. First, the team had a clear, honestly held bar and didn't hide behind vague process language. Getting specific feedback about exactly where the gap was, instead of a generic pass, told me they take hiring seriously. Second, the candidate experience itself. Being offered a real feedback conversation after a rejection is rare, and it changed how I felt about the outcome. It signaled a culture that respects people's time even when the answer is no.
