"I was referred by a friend in that Company. First had the call with the HR, which discussed the salary expectations, and experience, and tech stack, then first interview was scheduled, in that interview I was also asked to design the Cricbuzz like event streaming system, and basic questions about my projects, what is the work I've done in the sharding etc. in the second interview we went with the spring internals, and also to implement LRU Cache (logic edge cases, how it will work in multithreaded environment)
Third round , on resume, and Design a HLD for a system that serves userQueries on the constant data and returns answer to queries, but the traffic is 1M users/sec."

"The process interview: they don't ask a lot of questions that are like standard TSA or LLDA-type questions, but they do just go on a very deep dive into your projects (basically to a level where it's very easy to tell whether you have actually worked on your projects or you have just used AI). They really care about what decisions you have asked the AI to make for you. They also worked on asking about safeguards within AI."

"The process was good. Scheduling was easy and automated. Recruiter was good in providing clear expectations of the different rounds.
The technical interview - the technical lead wasn't impressive, seemed like they had a solution in mind, and would not be open to discussing different approaches."

"Straight forward, easy behavior, one system design. Overall similar to how Amazon interviews.
HM was bit tough, I couldn't read if she is interested or if she is forced to interview me. But Skip, and everyone else were super nice."

"I did three rounds: recruiter, a conversation with a senior product person, and then a 45-minute product case. My biggest takeaway was that the process felt stitched together, like a fast-growing startup still iterating on hiring, because the rounds did not feel very coordinated and the scope of the role kept shifting. The job description undersold how much growth they actually wanted. To me, they were really looking for someone who could do zero-to-one product, growth, user understanding, and a lot of operational heavy lifting all in one role. I got rejected after the case before the planned final round, which was supposed to be a take-home assignment plus culture fit."
