The process was well-defined but the goals of each round were quite vague and ambiguous. The recruiter was unable to provide detailed insight on how to prep and what to expect in each interview

Recruiter screen - straight forward, one question - tell me about yourself. Outline of role. Senior Recruiter - tell me about yourself, why airbnb, what you're looking for in your next role. Outline of hiring manager preferences. Hiring Manager interview behavioral - tell me about yourself, what's your favorite product you've built, tell me about a time you had to convince someone not data savvy of an idea, tell me how you think AI is changing SEO. Product Sense - I was not expecting this, he offered me to run the interview using AI but I had to share the screen (he wanted to see my prompts), I was not prepared for this and passed (decided to do it the old school way). I was concerned I lacked the guidelines on what he was testing me for and felt it could backfire if I was too dependent on the tool. The prompt was you are a lead PM and in charge of new user experience - the task is grow new users by 3x. my advice is learn and practice how to do a product sense interview with AI - I suspect this will be the way forward.
