Interview process
The process was smooth, and the HR team was friendly. During the behavioral interview, the interviewer asked me two main questions and then followed up with additional questions based on my answers.

He should prepare for Integration Engineer–related questions, such as how to handle difficult clients, how to manage challenging situations, and how to make decisions on behalf of a client. He should also be ready to explain the factors he would consider when making those decisions.

“The coding round explicitly let me use AI, but they were not looking for a one-shot prompt. They were judging whether I could break the work down, catch the model when it went sideways, and run my own review loop while still shipping.”
“The difficulty was not in the technical, but in the behavioral questions. It seemed like there was a hidden rubric beyond the basics of getting things done that were not necessarily apparent at first glance. Perhaps the role of the FDE is to take in social cues and have an instinct with human interaction that they're judging for here.
