Product Manager Interview Experience
Interview process
The interview process is well structured and organized. The interview guild was helpful. In the system design part, I think I should've considered scale as a constraint. I also could have spoke more explicitly about the trade off. I felt that my answer did not stood out because of above. I suspect that answered generically, should have dig deep into detailed design trade off more.

Interview tips
I suspect interviewee need to do deeper on the trade off for selection. Also in the system design, likely to consider scale as a trade off factor. Also read their prep guide and mock the questions on it should be very useful.
Company culture
Culture overall very positive. No red flag. Good company.

“The process was more rigorous than anything I’d done at other big tech companies, but the recruiter was actually accurate and helpful about what to prepare, which is rare and something I really appreciated. The interviewers were thoughtful and the questions generally felt relevant to the role. A few things caught me off guard: one round had a format I wasn’t expecting, and in a couple of places the level of depth went beyond what I thought the prep materials suggested. Overall, though, the process felt well organized and I had a clear sense of what was being evaluated.”

“Overall great and very collaborative. Recruiter gives you a lot of heads up on what is coming down on each interview. ”
