Walk us through a project where you used analytics.

"I was kind of a special case because I was soft-tagged to a few teams, so they did not put me in front of a hiring manager first. Instead, I did a PM product sense screen, then the full loop with a 60-minute technical round, analytics, and execute with judgment, plus the written friction log. Recruiting moved pretty fast between rounds, usually two or three days max, even though I spread my interviews out on purpose. Once my references were done, they wrapped the decision in about a week and I got the L4 offer."
