"Recruiter contacted, set up 1st round phone screen with a senior engineer. 45 mins with 20 mins on past projects etc diving in detial before talking about AI/LLM concepts. Was easy 2nd round was 2 stanmdard leetcode coding qns 45 mins with 1st 15 mins on behvaioural so only 30 mins to solve both qns but was quite doable. Walked though the brute force naive approach before moving on to the optimal solution and O(nlogn) etc tiome complexity."

"Good. Communication needs to be good and technically sound you need to be.Overall, the interview process was well structured and gave me a good opportunity to understand both the role and the team. I particularly enjoyed the technical discussions, as they were practical and allowed me to explain my thought process rather than just arrive at a final answer. The interviewers were engaging, and the conversations gave me a clearer picture of the kind of problems the team works on. What went well was the quality of the discussions and the opportunity to interact with people from different parts of the team. I also appreciated that the interviews covered both technical depth and broader problem-solving. The main area that could have been better was the scheduling and communication around the different stages. At times, there was some uncertainty around timelines and next steps. More visibility into the overall process and expected timelines would have made the experience smoother. Overall, though, I found the process positive and enjoyed meeting the team."

"The process started with a recruiter screening testing some behavioral questions and some technical questions she read from a question bank. Then, I did a coding interview online. Finally, a 4 rounds loop online (as opposed to my previous attempt when I did the loop in one of their London (UK) offices): 2 coding interviews, 1 system design, 1 behavioral with an engineering manager."

"The interview process was well-structured and fairly rigorous compared to others I’ve experienced. I appreciated that the recruiter clearly communicated expectations upfront, which helped me prepare in the right direction. The technical rounds were challenging but relevant to the role, and the interviewers were professional and engaging."
