“focus more on business sense as compared to technical details (though equally important) the process was very fast”

“The whole process was smooth for me, prepared well from meta tagged leetcode questions and for system design hello interview was more than enough”

“The process was straightforward and moved pretty quickly. I had to download an external app to do the video-call interviews. The questions were standard product questions and the interviewers seemed to be going through the motions (i.e. not particularly prepped).”

“My onsite interview went very well was able to solve all 4 rounds questions. Communication was the key. Finally two teams were interested to hire me”

“The process was very smotth and the interviewer manager was very kind and helpful. The role was on Natural Language processing and IBM Watson Analytics. So the interviewer would like to know more about the native language knowledge of the candidates.”

“The overall interview process with Meta was structured and fairly fast-paced. The interviews focused on technical problem-solving, system design, and behavioral questions, with an emphasis on explaining my thought process clearly while working through problems. What went well was the communication throughout the process and the consistency of the interview format. The interviewers were professional, and I felt I was able to clearly explain my reasoning and experience. The biggest challenge was the pace of the technical rounds. There was limited time to work through multiple problems, so there was not much room to recover if you spent too long on one approach. Overall, it was a challenging but well-organized interview process.”

“Overall super well. First OA (LeetCode medium DP problem). Then recruiter called me. Then HM called me. Then 2 coding interviews (LeetCode Easy.)”

“It mostly went well. I was thrown off by the fact that a lot of the focus in the system design rounds was on the product and UX side, only to discover it was product architecture later and that there had been a miscommunication.”

“The process was smoooth and easy.Phone round followed by a technical interview.I got the offer but i didnt accept it”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
