“1 Phone Leetcode Onsite loop 1 LC, 1 SD, 1HR + 1 EM ( 30m each) Process seemed quite standard, the leetcode were all from top 50 tagged.”

“The process went well, and the interviews did not seem to be very difficult. The process began with a tech screen on MS Teams (video call with the recruiter). Tech Screen was a 45 minute interview that included SQL and Python questions. AB Testing and Stats interview involved requiring knowledge about 2-sided marketplaces. For Stats, basics were also questions - what is alpha? what are type 1 and type 2 errors? Last round was conducted by the HM, mostly related to behavioral questions. ”

“The process moved pretty fast, the onsite while intense interviewers were great and ready to help out.”

“Fairly standard recruiter screen -> initial 1hr coding interview (for new grad position). The interviewer hinted that there would be a follow up part of the question, but I didn't have time to get to that part.”

“The process is smooth. The recruiter was responsive. The interviewers are friendly. I went through the recruiter screening and the first round of products sense interview. The interviews were conducted remotely.”

“It went pretty well. The interviewers were very nice, so it was easy to talk through my behavioral stories without putting on a super professional act. Coding challenges were mostly medium leetcode questions.”

“Behaviour heavy. Prepare for typical product manager interview questions, I woulnd't say the questions are too challenging.”

“Interviews were surprisingly easy and seemed more vibes based. Nothing was ridiculously difficult or unfair. It was more of a "does this kid seem smart and genuine"”

“Recruiter was super helpful throughout the process helping me navigate through the process and super responsive whenever I had any questions. Lot of interesting questions asked to test problem solving + LPs related questions can sometimes put you on spot in revealing things that you don't want to. Overall it was a good experience and recruiter reached out to me after a week. ”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
