“So far straightforward phone screen. Prepped background and interests well and tried to speak to the role in a bit of detail. ”

“The recruiter did a good job of giving me an idea of what to expect. Honestly, I didn't practice enough mocks by the time the interview came around. I liked that they had a portal for viewing the application process but I got no notification at all about my rejection.”

“The interview process was structured but still felt conversational. There was a strong focus on my background, relevant product and B2B experience, and how I approach ambiguous business problems. The main challenge was that some of the questions required you to structure your thinking quickly and balance strategic, product, and business considerations at the same time. ”

“Recruiter tells you questions before hand so I would practice those questions. Structure is predictable so make sure you are prepared”

“Very streamlined experience. Phone screen and product sense and prioritization questions are all very standard. ”

“The process was very easy. The questions were not difficult but I didn't have a strong delivery of my answers as I didn't prepare a strong STAR approach.”

“Even the tiniest of slip-ups can make a difference e.g; in my case feedback was related to weak signal in one of the cross-functional conversations”

“It was a PMT role. Nothing really exciting just went thru resume and some BQs. And maybe was not a good fit as they are looking for b2b pm experience or with Saas ”
“The interviewer was polite and good. She gave detailed responses with data on clarifying questions. I believe this was my 1st interview as I started prep, hence I was unstructured. ”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
