“There were 2 rounds. 1 30 min interview and one the final interview with 4 different people. They were all very friendly”

“The process was very nice, interviewed by people that would not be in my next team, but everybody was exceptionally nice. The questions in the ML system design round were not very deep and were more systems-oriented. ”

“It was okayish, however would have been better if I was better prepared for ML sys design fo NLP. I was good for CV projects and I filled out I want to go for CV but they gave me a NLP problem and was stumped there.”
“There was a a GD round where max people got out , followed by resume screener again with questions from resume then 2 technical rounds with sql and python questions and at then end the final HR round.”

“Overall, the interview process was pretty straightforward and well organized. The interviewers were friendly and gave me a good opportunity to talk through my experience and approach to problems. The process was a little lengthy, but overall it was a positive experience.”

“The interview was not too bad, two mediums and two hards. I just don't enjoy coding that much so it went downhill.”

“It was good! It was straight forward. Interviewers were very nice and the final round was 3 interviews”

“Process was good they tested your basics and coding capability . They asked more spark internals project based and databricks internals ”

“The overall interview process was fairly structured. It started with a recruiter screening to discuss my background, experience, motivation for the role, and general logistics. This was followed by technical interviews that covered a combination of coding, machine learning fundamentals, and discussion of previous projects. There were also questions related to applying machine learning to Trust & Safety problems. What went well was the discussion around my previous machine learning work and how I approached real-world modeling problems. I also found the interviewers professional and the questions generally relevant to the role. The more challenging part was the coding portion, especially solving algorithmic problems under time pressure while also clearly explaining the approach and complexity.”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
