“I enjoyed the whole process and transparency throughout. Though it's a bit dated, I'm sure the general premise is still the same. Recruiter phone screen Online coding assessment 45 mins tech interview Onsite with 3 technical interviews and 2 behavioural (1 of my tech was cancelled) Communication was always clear and it took a bit longer since it was over the Christmas break. Got offer shortly after the final and accepted, super glad! ”

“Leetcode was doable based on the LC premium curated list, questions were similar. Culture round required thorough prep of examples for similar questions”

“Straight forward, easy behavior, one system design. Overall similar to how Amazon interviews. HM was bit tough, I couldn't read if she is interested or if she is forced to interview me. But Skip, and everyone else were super nice. ”

“Process was smooth. Recruiter was incredible and very communicative. They provided good verbal feedback and enough tips on each round to adequately prepare. People I interviewed with were all kind and seemed neutral vs certain companies where it feels like they want you to fail.”

“Process was extremly well, interviewers are smart people and chill. ”

“The process was a part of campus recruiting. The interviewers created a comfortable environment and the rounds were conversational. 30-40% of the interview time was dedicated towards behavioural fit questions.”

“Regular case questions, but took too long. Made final round and then team matching went on for months, until I finally pulled out.”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
