“Nice. People genuinely wanted to help. Strong focus on WLB. Hired as new grad. People are genuinely friendly and want to help.”

“I got fast-tracked to the final round. So I can't really speak to the standardized experience. But the interviewer was very nice.”
“The process felt well-organized overall. The recruiter was responsive and scheduling was quick. The technical round was the toughest part — I felt slightly underprepared for the depth of follow-up questions. Communication after the final round was a bit slow.”
“The interviews were more of conversations where they stimulate you to think of an issue related to their business. Eg: Auth. People were nice and smart.”

“The recruiter was helpful. The team itself is focused on supporting data management initiatives. But the questions were not all related to it. One of the questions was to code a palindrome- coding is not something I have done for decades. I have handled massive initiatives, reporting out to CIO and CFO of a large telecom, I understand technology , but to expect coding - IMHO a bit much. ”

“It was a great experience and good working with the recruiter. I would say it was mostly behavioral talking about my experience and typical PM scenarios based around that. ”
“It went well. Recruiter's communication was clear and the interview was friendly, they emphasized willingness to learn more than anything.”

“Overall was pretty easy, helped that I was connected to the HM from the start of the process (found the role through their post on LI) and got a referral through them before talking to the recruiter. Cases are pretty easy as long as you prepare for them. C1 provided some materials for that. Product interview is very easy. Just pick a digital product beforehand and know it really well - interviewer will ask you about the product you've chosen and ask you questions about it. ”

“Technical interview was enjoyable since it was less so rigorous LeetCode-style problems, and more practical coding to implement particular features. Prioritize a working solution over an unfinished, optimized code.”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
