“I went well in all rounds, coding went smoothly, i easily did all the questions. System design also went well, have a nice chat with the interviewer.”

“The process was smooth, the interviewer was not that responsive through out but I got invited to onsite in an hour”

“Overall, the interview process was well structured and the communication from the recruiting team was helpful. I appreciated receiving preparation materials in advance and having clarity on what to expect from the different interview stages. The technical interview was challenging and gave me an opportunity to demonstrate my problem-solving approach. I felt the discussion was engaging, although I would have benefited from having more clarity around the expectations for the specific problem and additional time to explore and optimize my initial solution. The Googleyness and Leadership portion allowed me to reflect on my experiences with collaboration, leadership, and working through ambiguity. Overall, I found the process valuable and appreciated the opportunity to learn from the experience. ”

“The process was really simple. recruiter screen, technical interview, behavioral interview. I didn't do good in behavioral interview as I rushed to the answer without understanding question properly and my answer format was not exactly STAR.”

“Very smooth and easy. There were multiple different parts. Practice heaps and should be easy. Each phase built on each other but was not super complex. Overall very passable. ”

“The system design interview was a bit different than the typical ones, it asked me to review an existing design doc and give feedback. Initially I was a bit uncertain, but was able to navigate the doc and point out a few issues, then it becomes a typical deep dive session on failure handling, overload protection.”

“still in progress but just leetcode prep. Studied some dsa and system design. Also dynamic programming helps.”

“The difficulty level was medium, interviewer was very interested in understanding the different approaches rather then looking on a particular solution”

“ Got OA , there are 3 dsa questions , need to solve in three languages only ( java, python,go) . After clearing is got bar Raiser round ”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
