“It is important to not get flustered during the case if you feel like you do not know something. Stay calm and collected. Take time to think before speaking. One of my interviewers was really nice and friendly. The other interviewer was not a friendly.”

“Technical interviews were mostly fine. 6 rounds, marathon-style. Did all interviews and was ghosted afterwards, no follow ups, no rejection emails, nothing.”

“The overall process was quite slow and took longer than expected. The timeline seemed to depend largely on the interviewer, as the scheduling and progress varied based on their availability. There were also some delays between the different stages of the process, which made it feel less streamlined. Overall, the experience could have been more efficient if the communication and scheduling had been more consistent.”

“Long process and no direct interactions with recruiter. Rejected despite solving R2 in several different ways.”

“The process was very profesional, got time to prepare and engage where possible, received alot of material to help me succeed. ”

“The process was fairly simple, online assessment with 2 coding questions and then multiple choice leadership principles questions (choose the right action for the given scenario). Then around a month later I received an interview invitation for 2 interviews, 1 hour each which consisted of about 40 mins of live coding and 20 mins of CV and competency questions, including AI usage, leadership, teamwork and project deep dives.”

“The recruiter was really friendly and welcoming, the recruiter screen call is not a filter for rejecting candidates, it is just for checking out basic requirements, Tests was also fast paced and accuracy based, also it is good to have some good english vocabulary then it was the case round, it was a strategy case, had asked follow ups, but i was not prepared enough.”

“The process started with a recruiter screening testing some behavioral questions and some technical questions she read from a question bank. Then, I did a coding interview online. Finally, a 4 rounds loop online (as opposed to my previous attempt when I did the loop in one of their London (UK) offices): 2 coding interviews, 1 system design, 1 behavioral with an engineering manager.”

“The behaviorals were quite easy as they're pretty standard to any firm but what didn't go well was my lack of knowledge on the technical architecture”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
