“The process is straight forward. Getting interviews as an external candidate is difficult. The interviewers are very friendly and accommodating. ”
“This was easy on the technical aspect, if you have relevant experience then it should be really easy. Process was quick but they too much time rolling out the offer.”

“Standard interview process for the most part, however the Sr. Director hiring round was fast paced, very specific, and required executive decision making at speed.”

“Recruiter call was quite okay. It was just basic level of asking if I had certain experiences, very surface level of asking, then just preparing me for what the rounds are. Followed up with an email with a list of interview topics that may be tested. Subsequently, I had interview in the technical phone interview round. I managed to answer ~50% of the theoretical questions, but the remaining 50% were very hands-on and experienced based which I did not have enough of, like specific commands to run and troubleshoot when things gone wrong. Interviewer did not ask me to self-intro, nor ask about any of my expereinces at all. We just dove right in to the questions. Out of the 5 topics that were asked of me to prepare, only dove deep into 1 - Linux.”
“Poorly organized and no clarity from the hiring manager or the recruiter. I felt rushed and was not comfortable talking to someone who interrupts mid-sentence with their half-baked comments about the supply chain. ”

“It was well organized, and the teams took turns so as not to be redundant. It is helpful to go with data-backed examples like AI did for easy reference. While it is not always obvious, you can look up facts like who is the market leader in grocery or what's the number of customers /DAO for an app. It's not necessary to memorize all these Google-able numbers. I was asked a question about TikTok. I explained how I don't use apps that drain my time and focus, and they gave me a different question. ”

“Interviews went well. Company found a better candidate. I got very good feedback from my interviewers though.”

“The process was highly structured and intellectually demanding, spanning five distinct rounds that tested engineering fundamentals, product design, strategy, and leadership. It felt more rigorous than many standard big-tech interviews because it required a deep dive into Okta’s specific ecosystem, particularly the Okta Integration Network (OIN) and its technical nuances.”
“The process was very simple but very unorganized; the interview got postponed once. I would say it would have been better if we knew what kind of questions they were about to ask, at least domain-wise, as the final round was more behavioral but not well done.”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
