“Behaviour heavy. Prepare for typical product manager interview questions, I woulnd't say the questions are too challenging.”

“The two product cases I had was very out of the box and I was thrown off. The final product jam round on Uber Eats was rapid fire.”

“Typical Meta PS and Analytical. Need to be through in your framework and though process. Focus on problem statement and ensure that everything ties back”

“The process was short. Each interview was about 30 minutes. Mostly all questions were behavioral/product sense/product strategy”

“The overall interview process was easy, no product design rounds. They were all mainly behavioral with some general product sense questions baked in. ”

“What went well was my effort and organization. What didn't go well was time management. Next time, I would start earlier and ask for help sooner if I needed it. What stands out to me is how well this role matches my background and goals. The interview has also given me a good sense of a professional and supportive team culture.”

“It was a very long process. Got to Team matching phase, but wasn't able to match after several tentatives. The rounds after the full loop (where I got mixed rating) were harder than the techinical ones.”

“The process was clear and transparent. I knew who I needed to speak with next and what the process was going to be like ”

“Less rigorous than other interview processes; ive heard some interviews at tiktok go up to 6 rounds but mine was only 3”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
