“Overall great and very collaborative. Recruiter gives you a lot of heads up on what is coming down on each interview. ”

“Very smooth and easy. There were multiple different parts. Practice heaps and should be easy. Each phase built on each other but was not super complex. Overall very passable. ”

“The system design interview was a bit different than the typical ones, it asked me to review an existing design doc and give feedback. Initially I was a bit uncertain, but was able to navigate the doc and point out a few issues, then it becomes a typical deep dive session on failure handling, overload protection.”

“all went well, no problem at all, everything was smooth. interviewr was nice & soft spoken. Team was nice”

“still in progress but just leetcode prep. Studied some dsa and system design. Also dynamic programming helps.”

“I think it went well, you need to know how to read the recruiter. He was very energetic. I prepared answers to typical questions”

“The difficulty level was medium, interviewer was very interested in understanding the different approaches rather then looking on a particular solution”

“The process goes very quickly. At the beginning I introduce myself and the project expercinece. Then the interviewer gives a question of system design about LLM models, you must tell him all the steps and at the meantime he ask me some technical questions. After that also some troubleshooting questions.”

“ Got OA , there are 3 dsa questions , need to solve in three languages only ( java, python,go) . After clearing is got bar Raiser round ”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
