“The process was new as there was a repository question. This round was AI assisted so you need to use AI quite well.”

“For me personally the coding part didn't go well because I've not hand written python in a while. No crazy algorithms, practical questions, so get your hands dirty and you should be fine.”

“I would say the phone call with recruiter is just discussion on the role and scheduling the coding interview. The coding interview is on hackerrank and 1 - 2 leetcode medium problems.”

“The process was smooth. However, the hiring manager wasn't really engaged and it seemed like there was a specific type of answers/experiences she was looking for.”

“Everyone was extremely professional, polite and friendly. It was a very welcoming interview where they kept the pressure off and let the candidate shine.”

“It was well, interviewer was helpful and was asking mostly standard questions from leetcode. I prepared from Strivers A2Z sheet so it was enough. I could have explained my thinking better”

“OA was relatively easy, phone screen was similar, lots of behavioral questions. Overall it was a good process, not very difficult but they do value technical coding skill. ”

“The process was well-defined but the goals of each round were quite vague and ambiguous. The recruiter was unable to provide detailed insight on how to prep and what to expect in each interview”

“The recruiter organized the flow well. My first round was 1 hour interview. When I qualified that round I was scheduled for the final round with 5 interview rounds scheduled on the same day. There was no delay from the recruiting team on informing the status and next steps through out the process. ”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
