“The process was really easy just leetcode mediums then a behavioral. I solved the two problems, and then two weeks later got an interview. A week after the interview you should get the offer. ”

“My interview panel was for a specific team and not a general hiring pipeline. 3 rounds technical + behavioral. First 20 mins behavioral then technical. Last round was bar raiser. Everything went good for me, few questions were new like "experience with gen ai", rest everything was traditional LC + LP based behavioral.”

“I applied on their website and was invited for the next day for the OA, coding hackerank questions. It contains sql, math and basic coding quesitions”

“it went ok for the most part. i should have focused a bit more on front end technologies for the role”

“The procss was very smooth, the recruiters are very helpful and they get back to you very quickly. I applied normally through their website. A few weeks later, I get an email that the recruiter wants to talk to me about my background and experience. We went on a call, then a few days later I was invited for the interview. The interview focuses more on collaboration than any other company, you can check out their mock SWE interview it's a very accurate representation of what they want. Also within a few days, I was invited to the final round.”

“The OA is quite long and has multiple parts. Other than the technical coding questions, there are behavioral questions based on the LP and work style simulation (choosing between email replies)”

“Questions asked were of medium difficulty. 45 min for the implementation is what makes it difficult.”

“5 rounds in total, quite standard. Only thing different was had to spend a lot of time preparing for culture fit as it was non technical behavior. e.g nicest thing you have done”

“The technical round was indepth and covered all corner cases and asked a lot of follow up questions on optimization and performance improvement”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
