“its a very predictable interview process, so far, i still have powerday, once i finish that ill come back and update, recrtuier screen was straightforward, what makes a good pm, why capital one, why this team etc ”

“the initial discussion was over zoom and was very friendly. I was given a brief description of the position, offered to ask questions and then was asked to share more about myself and how I feel about the position.”

“HR reached out to inquire about interest in the role -> sent over the OA link -> give me 7 days to complete -> record a 5 min presentation -> submit heard back in 3 business days”

“It was great. The interviewer was extremely helpful. Everything went well, and there is nothing that didnt go well”

“It was a standard recruiter screem where the recruiter ask for your past experiences. They did mention to fill in impressive technical project statements (usally 1 to 3) and explain the next steps of the interview.”
“The interview process was professional and informative overall. The recruiter did a good job of explaining the role, the team structure, and some of the challenges the organization is looking to solve, which helped me better understand the opportunity beyond the job description. What went well was the open and conversational nature of the discussion. I appreciated the opportunity to talk through my background, leadership experience, and transferable skills, particularly given that I would be coming from a different industry. The main area that could have been improved was the follow-up timeline. After the initial recruiter conversation, there was a relatively long period without an update, so more proactive communication on status or expected timing would have made the process feel more seamless. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the recruiter’s transparency and willingness to provide additional context about the role.”

“it was intense, very structured. I feel this is a bit outdated classsic PM format. recruiter didn't give me a much information”
“Process was straightforward and covered basic resume review. ASked about design experience and UX background”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
