“The process was fairly straightforward, although the company at the time was very focused on hiring people with the right values. They had a specific "credos" round, with a long-time employee who's focused on making sure you exhibit their top values/credos. The take-home case study was relatively straightforward for someone with an analytical/finance background.”

“This was one of the hardest loops I had completed. The hiring manager screen and behavioral interviews were standard. The system design interview for a TPM was challenging. The expectations for a TPM included a great deal of technical depth. ”

“The process was very quick. I got an offer letter in 3 weeks. The interview was one of the easiest Ive had so far.”
“The process was disjointed, it took much longer than it should have due to delays on their end. The recruiter/hr side of things was really nice, the technical discussion was a lot about tech debt so be prepared for questions regarding feature development under those conditions.”

“Long process with multiple rounds. Recruiter was very efficient and helped with expectations for each round. ”

“Technical questions move fast, dont trip on edge cases. 2 questions in 60 min slot, with multiple followups. Code quickly. With 10 min of intro and questions theres not much time.”

“Process was fairly straight forward. Response times can vary so don't stress if you don't hear back in time. ”

“The recruiter is good , friendly and patient Always briefing about what would the next roles look like ”

“Interviewers were very helpful throughout. They expect you to communicate your thought process throughout”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
