“The process was very easy, but I was referred so that probably influenced the interview. I had a quick online call, later a technical call which checked my system design and that's all.”

“It was very structured, until the system design. For the system design round it was not clear shat signals they are looking for in a DE. It's mostly conversational with just pseudocode in the end. ”

“Interviewer was very professional. Asked followup questions to the case. Cut me off at the end and said the CEO walked into the elevator and asked for the 2 minute pitch.”

“It was very rigorous and I feel like they really emphasize on writing bug free code. I feel like I failed by sounding like too much of a start up person during my behaviorals and they were afraid of me leaving.”

“It went pretty well. It was entry level. I think i should have asked more clarifying questions throughout”

“One of the manager took the system design and the rtecuiter was not comminicated thos before. each round 1hr, 40 min spent on system design”

“The process was structured and fairly rigorous, with a good mix of behavioral questions and case-based problem solving. The recruiter was clear about what to expect and provided helpful guidance on how to prepare. I appreciated that the interviewers were engaged and gave me room to explain my thinking rather than focusing only on the final answer. The main challenge was the pace of some of the case discussions, where there was limited time to structure the problem and work through the analysis. Overall, though, the process felt organized and relevant to the work of a management consultant.”

“Pretty standard interview with varying levels of interviewer friendliness. Some were pretty good some were a bit rude.”

“The process was rigorous and I was tested to my limits during the loop. I would suggest asking hr to split the loop into two otherwise you have to be able to interview for 4-5 hours in a row”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
