“It was good! It was straight forward. Interviewers were very nice and the final round was 3 interviews”

“Process was good they tested your basics and coding capability . They asked more spark internals project based and databricks internals ”

“The overall interview process was fairly structured. It started with a recruiter screening to discuss my background, experience, motivation for the role, and general logistics. This was followed by technical interviews that covered a combination of coding, machine learning fundamentals, and discussion of previous projects. There were also questions related to applying machine learning to Trust & Safety problems. What went well was the discussion around my previous machine learning work and how I approached real-world modeling problems. I also found the interviewers professional and the questions generally relevant to the role. The more challenging part was the coding portion, especially solving algorithmic problems under time pressure while also clearly explaining the approach and complexity.”

“Common big tech interview process. Nothing out of the ordinary. Prepare some data modeling, data structures and AI focus. Most questions tie back to behavioral interviewing.”

“The interviewers were current program managers and was not my hiring manager. You don't know what team you will be on until after you get your offer. ”

“The process was rigorous but enough time is given for preparation . Make sure to read case in point and there is a capital one playbook out there. That helps with problems ”

“The recruiter screen was very basic, about experience and expectations. The coding part had two problems, one LC easy and another LC medium but also on the easier side. The system design is very similar to what you find on the first few problems on youtube.”

“It was very straightforward and wasn’t too bad, although it depends on the interviewer. For the intern roles, they aren’t expecting as much from the candidate and want to hear your thinking out loud. ”

“The process was bit lag but being patient wins the race. Be confident, explain deeply on your experience, work that uniquely done, times you have gone above and beyond. How you uplifted the team and delivered”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
