“Recruiter was super helpful throughout the process helping me navigate through the process and super responsive whenever I had any questions. Lot of interesting questions asked to test problem solving + LPs related questions can sometimes put you on spot in revealing things that you don't want to. Overall it was a good experience and recruiter reached out to me after a week. ”

“The process was very straightforward. The recruiter will help guide you and give you tips on how to prepare for the interview. They are hyper focused on their Amazon Principles and all questions will stem from that. ”

“The interview loop was definitely more AI/ML focused than software focused. There was no leetcode really, but I did have to write a simple KNN algorithm from scratch.”

“Overall, the interview process was well-structured and a positive experience. The interviewer was professional and approachable, and the questions provided a good opportunity to demonstrate my technical and problem-solving skills. I particularly appreciated the collaborative nature of the discussion. One area for improvement would be allowing slightly more time for discussing alternative approaches and testing edge cases. Overall, I appreciated the experience and the opportunity to interview with the team.”

“The interview was really good All rounds where proper Coding round needs coder pad and really good ”

“Got a verbal offer but didn't match to the original team. I did eventually get matched to the next team, so don't give up if you get a verbal offer”

“The process was rigorous and I was tested to my limits during the loop. I would suggest asking hr to split the loop into two otherwise you have to be able to interview for 4-5 hours in a row”

“It was really good as they do seem to care about interview and i had a great time discussing with the interviewer.”

“My interview process started with a coding round focused on data structures and problem-solving, where I was able to understand the problem and write a working approach but struggled with optimizing the solution under time pressure. What went well was my ability to implement a correct baseline solution and explain my thought process, but I didn’t perform as well on edge cases and optimal complexity, which likely impacted the final outcome.”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
