Interview process
Pretty light interview cycle, basic PM prep is needed. More AI heavy and focused on prompt engineering and being able to use AI tools live in an interview, but not too bad overall. Most surprised by the AI heavy cases but recruiter went deep into detail before the interview.

Interview tips
Prep basic frameworks for traditional APM roles, dive deep into how you leverage AI in your day to day as a PM. Emphasize thinking out-loud and going into second order tradeoffs with each decision that you talk about.
Company culture
Seemed to be moving fast internally. Everyone was helpful and considerate, more like a convo rather than an interview
