The process was disjointed, it took much longer than it should have due to delays on their end. The recruiter/hr side of things was really nice, the technical discussion was a lot about tech debt so be prepared for questions regarding feature development under those conditions.

Learn the product, have music interest, know cpp well. Be prepared to talk about your triumphs and times you messed up and what your learnings were.
Company culture
Very male/masc heavy, people who have worked their for ages and dont know much else so they are difficult to develop with.
