Product Manager Interview Experience
Interview process
The process started with a recruiter screen made up of behavioral questions: my background, why Microsoft, and past product impact. The final round was more technical, with a product/system design question asking me to design an enterprise RAG system for finding files. What went well was the design round, because I structured it around the user problem first and then moved into ingestion, indexing stages
