Interview process
The process was very quick and I met so many people throughout- The Assessment day was very demanding because it was 4 hours interview- It was mostly behavioural questions, then an exercise with other candidates and then lastly technical interview.

Interview tips
I’d say be ready to explain why you want to work in tech and why IBM specifically. Have a couple of examples ready about working in a team, solving a problem and learning something new quickly. They care a lot about attitude and how you approach things. It’s also worth brushing up on the basics of one programming language, and on talking through your thinking out loud.
Company culture
Everyone was very friendly and understanding. They would help you out if you get stuck at some point. Everyone was really supportive and approachable, and there’s a big focus on learning. There’s loads of internal training, and people are happy to help you when you’re new. I also liked that they were open to people from non traditional backgrounds, like me coming from biochemistry.
