Software Engineer Interview Experience
Interview process
Overall, the interview process was a positive experience. I enjoyed getting to know the team and appreciated how the interviewers made the conversations feel collaborative rather than overly formal. The technical questions were challenging but fair, and I liked having the opportunity to explain my thought process. One thing that could have been better was having more clarity on what to expect in each round, especially regarding the format and difficulty of the technical interviews. Other than that, I thought the process went smoothly.

Interview tips
I’d recommend practicing common data structures and algorithms problems and getting comfortable explaining your thought process while coding. I’d also suggest reviewing your past projects in depth so you can confidently discuss technical decisions, challenges, and tradeoffs. Beyond that, I think communicating clearly and being open to feedback during the interview is just as important as getting the right answer.
Company culture
What stood out to me most was how approachable and collaborative everyone seemed. The team genuinely seemed passionate about what they were building, and I liked that there was a strong emphasis on ownership and solving challenging problems. It also felt like an environment where people were encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and continuously learn from each other.
