Software Engineer Interview Experience
Interview process
The process was pretty straightforward, basically just Leetcode-style technical questions. The final behavioral round was with an engineering manager and he was very interested in my past internship experiences. Basically all of his questions related to my professional experiences, not to my class or personal projects.

Interview tips
I would just say to brush up on your past technical experiences, especially noting what your impact was.
Company culture
Big engineering culture, lots of ownership. I think Databricks has high expectations of all of their employees even interns, and staying late was par for the course.

“Overall process is good, recruiter moves fast, interviewer is collaborative. The expectation for coding round is high - aim for optimal and bug-free solution. ”

“Fairly standard recruiter screen -> initial 1hr coding interview (for new grad position). The interviewer hinted that there would be a follow up part of the question, but I didn't have time to get to that part.”
