Interview process
The process was a fairly standard call with a recruiter. I think having a gap on my resume really hurt me here, because I received a rejection and can't explain the rejection any other way.

Interview tips
Prep "Why Citadel" and why you are leaving your current company very well. Understand the role and why you are actually looking to make the transition. Some other things I would suggest: have a 3-5 minute walkthrough of things you've done while at your current company and know that like the back of your hand.
Company culture
The culture seems fairly poor and grindy. I know someone else at Citadel who had two people fired from his team around the same time for performance reasons. There's a lot of pressure to perform.
