Software Engineer Interview Experience
Interview process
The process was pretty smooth and well organized. The recruiter gave a clear idea of what to expect, and the interviewers were friendly and easy to communicate with. The technical rounds were challenging but reasonable (LC mediums + system design). Behaviorals were much smoother than the technical rounds. Just focus on company values for behaviorals. One thing that caught me off guard was how quickly some of the questions escalated in difficulty, so time management was probably the hardest part.

Interview tips
System design flow is key. I’d recommend being very comfortable with core data structures and algorithms, but also practicing explaining your thought process while coding. Do a few timed mock interviews because the biggest challenge is solving problems clearly under time pressure. I’d also review your resume closely since they may ask detailed questions about past projects.
Company culture
Everyone I interacted with seemed collaborative, intelligent, and genuinely interested in the work they were doing. The conversations felt fairly relaxed despite the difficulty of the interviews. People were open to questions and seemed to value learning and problem solving rather than just getting the perfect answer immediately.
