Product Manager Interview Experience
Interview process
This process worked well - I interviewed for another specific team previously, didn't get that role, and they reached out to me to do a mini PM loop (3 PMs for 30 min each) to assess my outbound and inbound PM skills. The interviewers clearly wanted to see me succeed. The first one asked some basic product sense questions, the 2nd asked me about product marketing, and the last asked me typical behavioral questions.

Interview tips
I'd definitely know at least one Apple product really well and plan to be asked how you would improve it.
Company culture
Very supportive and wanted me to succeed. There seem to only be a few PMs per product surface.

“The most Apple question I got was basically how I would make Siri actually useful, and I ended up pitching an LLM wrapper around Shortcuts so Siri could build full automations from one plain-English request.”

“The process was smooth. However, the hiring manager wasn't really engaged and it seemed like there was a specific type of answers/experiences she was looking for.”
