The process was surprising because there was an AI OA where you would have to talk about a prompt. I think the transcript was evaluated by AI. What went well was the final interview where it was more conversational.

I would tell my friend to prepare for deep follow-up questions on STAR stories. Interview tends to follow a few leadership principles which guide the conversation. Would watch the videos that Andy Jassy has on the LPs.
Company culture
Good culture. Smaller team and connected globally in Europe and East Coast. Everyone was willing to help each other out.

Talked about an experience in a school organization setting. I used the STAR method and explained the steps I did to recover and beyond. They asked pointed followups about the story.
