Well, I think I didn't prepare much. I was not actively looking and didn't devote much space to prepping. However, if I had to turn back time, I would be really thorough with my star stories and expect the interviewer to get two levels deep. In hindsight, I would ask questions like, "How would you do it differently?" and "What are the learnings from this?"
