Rolly is Principal AI Product Manager at Microsoft, with 15+ years of multidisciplinary product leadership. She has interviewed candidates across PM1, PM2, Senior, Staff, and Principal levels—at big tech companies, high-growth startups, and everything in between. She knows exactly how AI-first product interviews are evolving, and what helps candidates stand out.

Bringing her experience coaching PMs who were brilliant but doubted themselves, Rolly takes holistic approach for people transitioning into new domains or leveling up in seniority. After working together, people walk away with clarity, inspiration, and a renewed belief in their own abilities—whether they're preparing for upcoming interviews or navigating post-interview uncertainty.

Rolly has been an innovation awards judge at CES 2025  and in past , have held multiple other international accolades, such as Wall Street Journey Top 12 Innovation Awards or Accenture Innovation Jockeys (national winner). Rolly holds seven active patents in the field of AI and design. She lives in Seattle, WA.
